Information for Parents

May Letter - Our annual "May Letter" contains the following information:

Dates and Times; Bus safety rules; Information on snacks and lunch; Suggested clothing for camp; Weekly themes; "Permission to Dismiss Camper" form; Safety information concerning rabies, ticks and mosquitoes (please visit the important links below). All enrolled camp families will receive the "May Letter" in the mail.

June Letter -  Our annual "June Letter" is published in mid-June and contains the following information:

Day Trip destinations and dates for each group; Camping Trip destinations and dates for each group; "Bring In" days; Special Events descriptions and dates; Evening Program descriptions and dates; Traffic procedure information; Tidbits (repellent use, behavior guidelines, medical needs, etc.)

All enrolled camp families will receive the "June Letter" in the mail. Events and trips listed are for currently enrolled campers only.
